Whole-cluster pressed, it is aged for 11 months in a blend of 34% new French oak and 66% neutral French oak barrels, enhancing both depth and complexity.

2017
Dundee Hills
Pinot Noir
The 2017 vintage started with a late bud break and bloom due to the wet winter and early spring, followed by a warm dry summer. Two inches of rain in September led to more hang time and riper flavors, larger than average crop. Mild weather following the rain helped with the ease of picking and processing fruit.
Classic Dundee Hills nose of spicy, black pepper, tobacco, and red fruits leading to red and black cherry, toasty oak, and baking spice flavors on the palate. Elegant and delicate with persistent soft tannins and seamless acidity from beginning to end.

Dundee Hills
Pinot Noir
92 pts, Cellar Selection - Wine Enthusiast
A spectacular vintage! The wines are very approachable in their youth but also quite balanced and structured for long aging.
Dundee is the premier place for Pinot Noir. Old World clones planted in high-density, high-elevation vineyard blocks in rich, volcanic soils has been the hallmark for success for our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

2014
Dundee Hills
Pinot Noir
Our 2014 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is a carefully crafted blend of fruit from the Rambouillet and Lillie’s vineyards, two sites that define the character of our estate. Despite a warmer growing season, this wine maintains a delicate balance of acidity and richness. Aromas of dusty rose petals, dark cherry, and anise lead to a creamy core on the palate, with citrus notes brightening the mid-palate and a long, lively finish. Gently aged in French oak and held back for additional bottle aging, this wine is crafted for elegance, structure, and aging potential.

2013
Dundee Hills
Pinot Noir
Our 2013 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is a true reflection of the precision required during a unique vintage. A late-season rainstorm prompted careful picking decisions, allowing us to preserve the integrity of the fruit. With aromas of black pepper and earthy mushroom notes, this wine is defined by its bright acidity and rich texture. The result is a beautifully balanced, mature wine that showcases the depth and complexity of the Dundee Hills.

2018
Rambouillet Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir
Primarily Pommard clone of Pinot Noir, this vintage of our Rambouillet Estate Vineyard displays black cherry, violets, and rich cocoa on the nose. The sweet entry is balanced by bright acidity and abundant mixed berry fruit profile. The lovely viscosity is complemented by elegant, silky tannins.
