Sourced from Fennwood Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and Coulee Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, our Chardonnay is harvested in two picks to strike a perfect balance—preserving acidity while developing rich, layered flavors. Whole-cluster pressed and aged for 11 months in French oak, 42% new, before bottling.

Sourced from Fennwood Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and Coulee Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, our Chardonnay is harvested in two separate picks to achieve a perfect balance of acidity and richness. Whole-cluster pressed, it is aged for 11 months in a blend of 34% new French oak and 66% neutral French oak barrels, enhancing both depth and complexity.

This careful blend of Pommard, Dijon 828, Dijon 777, and Dijon 115 clones—grown at our estate sources in Dundee—is a triumph of precision and place. Gently aged in French oak for 10 months and held back for additional bottle aging before release, our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is crafted for depth, elegance, and longevity, revealing greater nuance over time.

The 2017 vintage started with a late bud break and bloom due to the wet winter and early spring, followed by a warm dry summer. Two inches of rain in September led to more hang time and riper flavors, larger than average crop. Mild weather following the rain helped with the ease of picking and processing fruit.
Classic Dundee Hills nose of spicy, black pepper, tobacco, and red fruits leading to red and black cherry, toasty oak, and baking spice flavors on the palate. Elegant and delicate with persistent soft tannins and seamless acidity from beginning to end.

Our 2014 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is a carefully crafted blend of fruit from the Rambouillet and Lillie’s vineyards, two sites that define the character of our estate. Despite a warmer growing season, this wine maintains a delicate balance of acidity and richness. Aromas of dusty rose petals, dark cherry, and anise lead to a creamy core on the palate, with citrus notes brightening the mid-palate and a long, lively finish. Gently aged in French oak and held back for additional bottle aging, this wine is crafted for elegance, structure, and aging potential.

A late-season rainstorm prompted careful picking decisions, allowing us to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Our estate Rambouillet Vineyard in the Dundee Hills continues to impress as it matures, producing a remarkable expression of Pinot Noir. The 2011 vintage is crafted from our favorite 10 barrels from Rambouillet and stands as the flagship of our winery. This wine opens with fragrant cassis and vibrant red fruit, followed by a sweet entry reminiscent of baked persimmon. The mid-palate is layered with peppercorn, clove, and barley malt, leading to a seamless, captivating finish. With its depth and character, this wine truly showcases the unique expression of our estate vineyard.
